British Airways suspended its three times a week service from London Heathrow to Lusaka on the 27th October, 2013 but has continued to fly weekly to Livingstone from Johannesburg and vice versa. The airline is fully committed to Africa and has continued to serve East Africa with a daily service to Nairobi and a thrice weekly service to Entebbe, increasing to four times a week. British Airways is also one of the leading cargo airlines, carrying freight, mail and courier.
