- Travel Agents Association of Zambia (TAAZ) is an organisation founded 40 years ago to promote and recognise professional travel services. Our association is administered by our Presidents Mr Osama Bux, with the supports of a secretariat and executive board. Together with the Zambia Tourism Agency (ZTA), we proudly represent Travel Agencies and Tour Operators. We work hand in hand with Zambia Tourism Agency to ensure all travel agencies and tour operators in Zambia are compliant with the country’s legal requirements and that their practices are up to professional standards. Members of TAAZ are proudly recognised as official, reliable and professional travel agencies and tour operator.
