This policy supports our Privacy Policy and applies to all staff, contractors, and service providers handling personal data for InfoZambia.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

  • InfoZambia, part of Jacana Webs & Marketing acts as the Data Controller for most personal data on the platform
  • Certain partners or service providers may act as Data Processors under our instructions

All processors must:

  • process data only as instructed
  • maintain confidentiality
  • implement appropriate security measures
