Ancient Indian Philosophies
A large part of the introspection techniques I share with clients is based on the ancient knowledge of Vedanta, Advaita Vedanta and Yogasutras. This knowledge greatly helps us better harness the power of our minds. They are a great way to positively influence the way we see life and understand the higher purpose of events unfolding in our lives.
Laws of the Universe
This refers to how we can align ourselves to the energy of understanding a set number of laws of the universe thereby experiencing growth in self awareness and positivity. A lot of what we know about life is based on beliefs, which may not be true. However, there are certain experiences we are having everyday, which we unfortunately remain unaware of. The laws of the universe are experiential both at an energetic and emotional level and when we learn to align our beliefs to these metaphysical laws we start to perceive ourselves opening up to life.
Passive Observation Technique
This is a great way to disconnect from negativity which maybe unfolding around us. I highly recommend this for people who find it difficult to overcome emotional issues. This technique is a great way to break free from emotional addictions.
Neuro Linguistic Programming
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the science of modeling patterns of human behavior. NLP explores the inner workings of the human mind in terms of how we think, how we create our desires, goals and fears, motivate ourselves, make connections, and give meaning to our experiences.
NLP is like the ‘user’s manual’ of the human mind. NLP is a form of positive mind reprogramming which allows us to use the language of our mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.
Time Line Therapy
Time line therapy (TLT) is one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth by facilitating the elimination of painful emotions attached to memories from the past. TLT focuses on what we can learn from those events and use it as a resource for the future. Time Line Therapy™ is a practical process, which produces long lasting transformation much quicker than what is currently called “brief therapy”.
Some examples of painful emotions which can be addressed and eliminated via TLT are anger, sadness, hurt, regret, fear, guilt, remorse. TLT also enables you to clear limiting beliefs that can leave you stuck in the past and stops you from creating a life you want.
